Come capture a piece of Providence in watercolor at The Steel Yard!

In this class, students will learn how to paint on site with watercolors. We will set up our easels outside and discuss how to accurately depict a scene on site at The Steel Yard, diving into color theory, paint application, and forms of mark-making. This is a great class for new painters excited to become familiar with watercolors,  as well as returning painters excited to refine their skills and spend spring days with fellow artists. By the end of this class, students will have a painting they can bring home with them, along with the skills needed to continue painting on their own.
