Description

Looking for the perfect pair of silver hoops to wear? Make them yourself using silver, brass or copper wire! Get a taste for hammering, forging, plier work, filing, sanding, polishing and soldering in this fun, fast paced workshop. No experience necessary; absolute beginners welcome! Students will go home with one pair of silver earrings and one pair of either copper or brass earrings.

INSTRUCTOR BIO

I am a metalsmith with 30 years for experience in jewelry and light metals. I received my MFA from UMass Dartmouth, and have been teaching at the Steel Yard for 11 years. I can’t wait to help you fulfill your creative ideas!
