So, you want a hand-forged firepit poker, but without the nuisance, mess, or added complexity of forge welding a “turkey foot” poker. We’ve got you! In this class, you’ll forge a rake-style or “shepherd’s hook” poker that is very common and highly functional. While there’s no forge welding, this class will delve into tapering, twisting, and bending steel. This class is intended for advanced beginner students. Complete beginners might need to adjust their expectations.
