Description
Learn how to make wire wrapped jewelry in this 6 week course! Students will learn the fundamentals of wire wrapping and make a pendant, a ring and earrings using copper, brass, silver, and a variety stones. Students will learn some basic gemology, and multiple techniques for making one of a kind wearable art!
Tools, safety equipment, brass, and copper will be provided, and the instructor will help students navigate suppliers for any precious materials they may want.
Open studio hours to work on projects during the course are included. Open studio runs Monday (3-6pm), Thursday (3-6pm) and Friday (5-8pm). Students will have access to 4 open studio sessions during their course.

SCHOLARSHIPS
SCHOLARSHIPS applications are available for students who may not otherwise be able to enroll in a course. Additionally, standing sliding scale scholarships exist for QT/BIPOC students.
