On April 1st, starting at 6 AM, visit 401gives.org and make a donation to The Steel Yard and/or to any of the great participating nonprofit organizations in the Rhode Island community.

What’s this all about you ask? Well, in short, The United Way of Rhode Islands 401 GIVES, is an opportunity for us as a community to come together (digitally!) and help raise money for the non-profit organizations we love. You will have 24 hours to make your donation, and all giving will end at 5:59AM on April 2. It’s also a great time to learn about the fantastic and meaningful work being done by other non-profit organizations in Rhode Island.

The Steel Yard is a tax-exempt 501c3 non-profit organization. Your tax-deductible donation will help keep open enrollment classes affordable, support public installations and maintain our historic industrial studios for the artists and residents who call it home.
