Howie Sneider named as Acting Director of the Steel Yard

Our Spring classes are approaching, and we need your help to distribute our posters around the community. We’re seeking volunteers to poster in each of four sections of Providence: downtown, the east side, the south side and the west side.
Let us know which of these areas you’d like to tackle. We’ll give you all the necessary supplies: the posters, pins, tape, magnets, and a street map with key locations.
A few hours of your time can make a huge difference and postering is a fun way to learn about cool spots around town that you might not have noticed before!

They're Back! Join us for Second Saturdays, starting February 8th, 2014.
Second Saturday Volunteer Days at the Steel Yard are a great way to help out in a group setting. On the second Saturday of each month, from 11am – 3pm, we will work together to keep the Yard looking great. It’s a wonderful way to meet new people, give back to the Yard, and be creative. Tasks vary, so come prepared to get a little dirty. Please RSVP to . (Rain or shine)
